女 ，汉族 ，1964年生 ，安徽雎溪人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目泗州戏代表性传承 人 ，安徽省宿州市泗州戏剧团团长 ，一级演员。 陈若梅1976年考入淮北市戏曲学校 ，1979年 进入濉溪县泗州剧团 ，1984年调入宿县地区泗州戏剧团至今。在父母的授艺下 ，她成为继杨 昌文、 陈钦山之后的泗州戏第三代传人。其表演风格在泗州戏界独树一帜 ，擅长青衣 ，扮相 俊美 ，唱腔抒情 ，特别是花腔高音更具魅力与特色。代表作品有：《四换妻》《八月桂》等 。
