男 ，汉族 ，1947年生 ，安徽怀宁人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目黄梅戏代表性传承 人 ，一级演员 ，第九届中国戏剧梅花奖获得者 ，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。 黄新德1965年留 安徽省艺术学校任教。在校期间师承黄梅戏前辈胡暇琳、 王健峰和著名京剧名家明亮海， 1969年调入黄梅戏剧团后师承黄梅宗师王少舫 ，成为继严凤英、 王少舫之后的黄梅戏第二代 代表人物。他的舞台形象具有 “亮” “醇” “异”的特色 ，其演唱 “行腔委婉、 吐字清晰、 黄味浓郁、情感真切”。代表作品有：《天仙配》《梁山伯与祝英台》等。
