男 ，汉族 ，1959年生 ，安徽芜湖人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目庐剧代表性传承人， 安徽省合肥市庐剧院副院长 ，国家二级演员。 黄冰1971年考入合肥市庐剧团任演员 ，师承庐 剧名家孙邦栋先生 ，主工小生。其表演成熟 ，技艺和功底扎实 ，声腔洪亮圆润 ，真假声运用 自如 ，既继承庐剧传统特点 ，又有新意和突破。代表作品有：《恩仇记》《十五贯》《秦香 莲》《梁山伯与祝英台》等。
