女 ，汉族 ，1939年生 ，江苏扬州人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目扬剧代表性传承人， 一级演员。李开敏1953年进入邗江县柳村扬剧团 ，1960年以后进入扬州市扬剧团工作。 1956年在南京拜高秀英为师 ，在继承高派唱腔的基础上 ，逐渐形成自己唱腔圆润甜美、 刚柔 相济 ，表演朴实大方而又细腻的艺术风格。代表作品有：《秦香莲》《蝶恋花》《玉簪记》 《恩仇记》《白蛇传》《玉蜻蜓》《婆媳泪》《盛世女丐》等。
