女 ，汉族 ，1923年生 ，2012年去世 ，浙江慈溪人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目沪剧代 表性传承人 ，一级演员。杨飞飞原名翁凤清 ，12岁学演文明戏 ，1938年入婉社儿童申曲班， 拜丁婉娥为师 ，改唱申曲（即现在的沪剧）。 1942年进文演剧团 ，1949年与赵春芳、 丁国斌 等组建勤艺沪剧团并任团长 ， “文革”后重建宝山沪剧团 ，先后担任团长、顾问。她表演情 感真挚 ，擅演悲剧 ，创造了以宽厚洪亮、朴实柔和为主要特色的 “杨派”唱腔。她最有代表 性的唱段是《妓女泪》 中的 “金媛自叹” ，该唱段由沪剧8种曲调组成 ，流传很广 ，被观众称 之为 “杨八曲”。代表作品有：《家》《雷雨》《为奴隶的母亲》《卖红菱》《妓女泪》等 。
