女 ，汉族 ，1921年生 ，浙江富阳人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目越剧代表性传承人， 一级演员。徐玉兰12岁坐科 “东安舞台”先学花旦 ，后改老生 ，1939年与吴月奎等组建兴华 越剧社。 1941年12月19日在上海老闸戏院与施银花搭档改演小生 ，1947年以《是我错》奠 定 “徐派”小生地位 ，与尹派、 范派齐名 ，1948年以后与王文娟长期合作 ，担任上海越剧院 主演。其唱腔高亢激昂 ，热情奔放 ，刚柔并蓄 ，华彩跌宕；表演富有激情 ，善于塑造人物形 象 ，扮相俊逸洒脱 ，神采夺人。代表作品有：《红楼梦》《西厢记》《春香传》《追鱼》《 北地王》等。
