女 ，汉族 ，1960年生 ，浙江象山人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目越剧代表性传承人， 一级演员 ，第十七届中国戏剧梅花奖获得者。 董柯娣21岁考进象山越剧团 ，1982年被选入浙 江小百花越剧团 ，并拜著名越剧表演艺术家张桂凤为师 ，获得了长足的进步。 1984年赴京演 出 ，在《五女拜寿》 中她成功地塑造了杨继康这一艺术形象。她扮相英武 ，嗓音洪亮 ，有力 度 ，台风稳重大气 ，被誉为 “最有魅力的老生” “唱不败的金嗓子”。
