女 ，汉族 ，1959年生 ，辽宁葫芦岛人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目评剧代表性传承 人 ，一级演员 ，中国戏剧二度梅花奖获得者 ，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。 冯玉萍1973年考入 沈阳评剧院少艺班 ，1979年毕业后一直留院工作 ，其间曾到中央戏剧学院学习两年。 1981年 拜著名评剧表演艺术家花淑兰为师 ，专工青衣。其嗓音高亢 ，音色纯美清脆 ，唱腔既保持 “ 花派”艺术之铿锵有力 ，又博采众长 ，吸收其他流派之长 ，形成自己独特风格。代表作品 有：《穆桂英挂帅》《洪湖赤卫队》《谢瑶环》《半把剪刀》《风流寡妇》等。
