女 ，汉族 ，1956年生 ，河北阜城人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目评剧代表性传承人， 河北省石家庄市评剧院青年评剧团团长 ，一级演员 ，中国戏剧二度梅花奖获得者 ，享受国务 院政府特殊津贴。刘秀荣自1971年起先后工作于河北省阜城县评剧团、河北省艺术学院石家 庄分校、石家庄市评剧院青年评剧团等单位。 1982年拜著名评剧表演艺术家新凤霞为师 ，继 承 “新派”艺术唱腔清新甜润、玲珑婉转、韵味浓厚的特点 ，发挥自己高亢激昂、 刚柔相济 的特长 ，表演朴实真挚。代表作品有：《春兰》《杨三姐告状》《乾坤带》《三看御妹》《 花为媒》《刘巧儿》等。
