男 ，汉族 ，1964年生 ，河南范县人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目四平调代表性传承人 。 张绪斌1975年加入范县四平调剧团担任乐队伴奏员 ，1986年考入河南省濮阳戏曲学校学习 音乐 ，1989年毕业后回团任四平调作曲兼主弦 ，1993年调入范县文化馆。 1980年拜范县四 平调第二代传人、著名高胡伴奏琴师白殿选为师 ，现为范县四平调第三代传人 ，主要从事四 平调音乐创作及高胡演奏。 张绪斌的音乐创作南北并蓄 ，既有南方的委婉 ，又不失北方的高 亢、粗犷 ，做到小而不土 ，俗中有雅 ，雅俗共赏。代表作品有：《杨八姐盗刀》《三子争父 》《婆媳情》等。
