男 ，汉族 ，1965年生 ，河南范县人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目四平调代表性传承人 。 崔太先1975年开始学习四平调 ，师从范县四平调第二代传人刘效慧 ，1988年担任范县四平 调剧团团长 ，现任范县文体局副局长。 崔太先主工老生兼小生 ，在唱、念、做、打方面均有 成就 ，嗓音浑厚、纯净 ，吐字清晰 ，扮相俊美豪放 ，翻爬滚打应手。代表作品有：《杨八姐 智取金刀》《李世民挂玉带》《桃花仙子》《王宝钏》《三子争父》等。
