男 ，汉族 ，1953年生 ，山东高密人。第一批国家级非物质文化遗产项目高密扑灰年画代表性 传承人。 吕臻立系高密扑灰年画吕氏画派第六代传人 ，自小师承家艺 ，深得祖上真传。他 1976年在县文化馆跟随焦岩峰老师从事年画创作； 1983年开始从事扑灰年画创作 ，并教授了 几名弟子。他创作年画先打腹稿 ，然后用柳枝炭条起线稿 ，再用画纸在线稿上扑抹复印。他 绘制的扑灰年画秉承传统题材风格 ，并在色彩、人物线条等方面 ，借鉴吸收国画的绘画技 巧 ，大胆创新。历经几十年精心绘画实践 ，博众家之长 ，逐渐形成自己独特的画风 ，画面清 丽飘逸、庄重典雅。代表作品有：《祝寿图》《博古屏》《三星图》等。
