男 ，汉族 ，1966年生 ，福建泉州人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目高甲戏代表性传承 人 ，一级演员。 陈炳聪1980年入福建省艺术学校厦门分校高甲班学习 ，1982年毕业后即到厦 门市金莲陞高甲剧团工作 ，曾师承 “提线木偶丑”第二代传人柯国为 ，娴熟掌握了高甲丑的 各种表演风格 ，完整继承了 “提线木偶丑”表演程式并有所创新。代表作品有：《审陈三》 《书剑情》《春草闯堂》《探阴山》等。
