男 ，汉族 ，1955年生 ，福建晋江人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目高甲戏代表性传承 人 ，福建省晋江市高甲戏剧团团长。 曾文杰1978年考入晋江县高甲戏剧团演员训练班 ，师从 高甲戏柯派丑行表演艺术创始人柯贤溪 ，结业后一直留在晋江高甲戏剧团担任演员 ，深得柯 派真传 ，戏路较广 ，善演女丑 ，更以公子丑、傀儡丑见长。他的表演幽默、风趣 ，富有生活 气息 ，特别是傀儡丑表演模仿逼真 ，活灵活现 ，尤重人物刻画 ，入骨三分。代表作品有：《 金魁星》《闹茶馆》《追鱼》《妗婆打》《探牢》等。
