男 ，汉族 ，1963年生 ，福建寿宁人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目寿宁北路戏代表性传 承人 ，福建省寿宁县北路戏剧团团长 ，国家二级演员。缪清奇1978年参加寿宁县北路戏剧团 工作至今 ，师承叶明声、 刘经仓 ，对北路戏的老生、 武生、 武丑等行当有较深研究 ，表演有 层次、有风格 ，很好地继承了北路戏表演程式和唱腔风格特点。代表作品有：《齐王哭将》 《宏碧缘》《仙女下凡》《龙虎斗》《半夜夫妻》《铁血鸳鸯》等。
