女 ，汉族 ，1950年生 ，福建福州人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目闽剧代表性传承人， 福建省试验闽剧院院长 ，一级演员 ，第二十二届中国戏剧梅花奖获得者。林瑛1960年考入福 建省试验闽剧团开始从事闽剧事业至今近五十年 ，先后师从闽剧大师黄荫雾（闺门旦）、 陈 平（花旦）、郑奕奏（青衣）、 刘小琴（花旦） ，兼收并蓄 ，形成集 “闺骨、花肉、 青影、 彩风”为一体的 “林派”艺术。她的表演鲜明细腻 ，俏丽传神；唱腔大气亮丽 ，声情俱佳； 道白清晰 ，感情充沛 ，极富福州方言韵味。代表作品有：《钗头凤》《秦香莲》《卓文君》 《黄堂愤》《王莲莲拜香》等。
