男 ，汉族 ，1948年生 ，河南濮阳人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目大弦戏代表性传承 人 ，国家三级作曲。 戴建平1958年师从大弦戏古曲牌第六代传人、锡笛演奏家常增寿系统学 习唐宋大曲、元明罗罗腔、 青羊腔（大抹腔）、沟沟腔、 昆山腔及古俗曲、 小令 ，熟记近三 百曲牌 ，并学习古曲牌专门演奏乐器锡笛、笙、竹笛等 ，是全面掌握古代七大声腔的唯一现 存者 ，为濮阳大弦戏古曲牌、锡笛第七代传人 ，曾为四十余部大弦戏创作、 设计声腔。 戴建 平1964年入河南省濮阳县大弦戏剧团工作至今。 2007年被授予 “国家级非物质文化遗产杰出 传承人”。代表作品有：《火龙阵》《黄河谣》等。
