男 ，汉族 ，1962年生 ，山西应县人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目雁北耍孩儿代表性传 承人 ，山西省大同市耍孩儿剧团团长 ，一级演员。 王斌祥1979年考入大同市艺术学校耍孩儿 班 ，1982年起进入大同市耍孩儿剧团 ，工须生、老生 ，师从高宪（艺名 “三娃旦” ）、孙 有 ，擅长帽翅功、稍子功、 髯口功 ，继承耍孩儿唱腔中最具特色的后桑发音 ，形成独特的演 唱风格和音乐效果。 主要作品有：《狮子洞》《打佛堂》《三孝牌》《金木鱼》等。
