男 ，汉族 ，1944年生 ，河北安新人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目石家庄丝弦代表性传 承人 ，一级演员。 张鹤林出身于梨园世家 ，自幼随父学戏 ，8岁登台 ，12岁便在《桃山洞》《 罗通扫北》《白鹿院》《奇中义》等戏中担当主角 ，16岁起随丝弦大师王永春先生学艺 ，颇 得真传。其唱腔圆润 ，感人至深 ，动作表演规范创新 ，代表作品有《宗泽与岳飞》《大山恋 情》《白罗衫》《空印盒》等。
