男 ，汉族 ，1958年生 ，浙江临海人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目乱弹代表性传承人， 国家三级作曲。傅林华1977年考入台州文工团（台州乱弹剧社） ，自1980年起师从李子敏从 事乱弹乐曲创作 ，深入研究乱弹乐曲的地方特点 ，广泛吸收兄弟剧种乐曲之长 ，先后为二十 余部戏剧作曲 ，并创作歌曲一百余首 ，作品多次获奖 ，代表作品有《空花轿》《荒魂》《借 妻》等。
