男 ，汉族 ，1933年生 ，广西桂林人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目桂剧代表性传承人， 一级演员。周小兰魁出身于梨园世家 ，6岁进入光明桂剧社随父周兰魁学戏 ，先学花脸后改武 生 ，先后师从杜木生、唐仙蝶、 刘万春、 盖铮鹏等 ，他善于吸收兄弟剧种丑行门路 ，逐渐形 成桂剧 “小派”丑脚流派 ，其表演幽默、含蓄、风趣。代表作品有：《闹龙宫》《唐知县审 诰命》《血丝玉镯》等。
