女 ，汉族 ，1933年生 ，广西桂林人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目桂剧代表性传承人， 一级演员。秦彩霞1944年进入桂林市仙乐科班学艺 ，1953年进入广西壮族自治区桂剧团 ，曾 任广西艺术学院教师、广西桂剧团团长等职务 ，师承桂剧名家刘万春、 刘长春 ，以唱功见 长 ，演唱风格圆润明亮、声情并茂 ，代表作品有《白毛女》《小二黑结婚》《梁山伯与祝英 台》等。
