男 ，汉族 ，1935年生 ，湖南临澧人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目荆河戏代表性传承人 。 萧耀庭1962年进入临澧荆河剧团后 ，成为荆河戏宗师黄绩三的关门弟子 ，得其真传 ，后主 要从事荆河戏音乐的整理与研究工作 ，并有相关的创作与研究成果 ，主编有《荆河戏音乐研 究》（与陈建文合作） ，编撰《荆河戏音乐集粹》 ，剧本创作《程咬金招亲》《和氏璧》《 孟良一家》等。
