男 ，汉族 ，1943年生 ，江西婺源人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目徽剧代表性传承人， 江西省婺源徽剧团乐师。江湘璈1956年参加婺源徽剧团 ，1958年跟随陈攀华学习乐器演奏， 逐渐熟悉了婺源徽剧音乐及乐器演奏技法 ，成为该剧团主要乐师。江湘璈从艺数十年 ，不仅 继承、 掌握了大量丰富的徽剧曲谱、 曲牌 ，还从事徽剧音乐创作 ，由他担任作曲的《风雨路 上》参加上饶地区文艺汇演 ，获创作一等奖。
