男 ，汉族 ，1925年生 ，河北沧州人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目京剧代表性传承人， 京剧表演艺术家。周仲博出身梨园世家 ，5岁随父、兄学艺 ，6岁登台演出 ，早年与唐韵笙等 名家长期合作 ，对 “唐派”艺术的精髓有较深的理解。 1992年应聘为抚顺市京剧训练班顾问 后 ，陆续培养了杜振山、顾景荣等一批优秀京剧演员。其表演武功扎实 ，戏路宽广 ，嗓音高 亢 ，刻画人物生动、细腻。代表作品有《未央宫》等。
