男 ，回族 ，1926年生 ，北京人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目京剧代表性传承人 ，京剧 表演艺术家 ，一级演员。李荣威12岁参加尚小云的 “荣春社”科班学习铜锤、架子花脸 ，师 从孙盛文、宋富亭、 尚小云、裘盛戎、苏连汉、侯喜瑞等 ，后入天津市京剧团从艺。 自1987 年始至今 ，李荣威一直致力于收徒传艺、示范演出等方面工作。其表演擅长铜锤花脸 ，唱腔 既具铜锤花脸的神韵 ，表演动作又具架子花脸的功力 ，形成独特的表演风格。 2010年 ，其荣 获中国京剧界最高荣誉 “终身成就奖”。代表作品有：《野猪林》《霸王别姬》《汨罗怒潮 》等。
