女 ，汉族 ，1933年生 ，广东梅县人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目京剧代表性传承人， 京剧表演艺术家 ，一级演员。李世济5岁学唱《女起解》 ，得到程砚秋、芙蓉草的指教 ，12岁 拜师程砚秋 ，学演青衣 ，后向梅兰芳、赵桐珊、 王幼卿等问艺 ，经过多年的勤学苦练 ，打下 了坚实的基础。李世济为中国京剧院主要演员 ，她的表演善于细致刻画人物 ，唱腔委婉圆 润 ，韵味宗法 “程派”并有所创新 ，突破性地以音乐唱腔塑造了一系列鲜明感人的人物形象 。代表作品有：《文姬归汉》《锁麟囊》及现代剧《党的女儿》等。
