女 ，汉族 ，1940年生 ，2010年去世 ，河南滑县人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目大平调 代表性传承人 ，国家三级演员。 曹秀芝12岁开始相继拜师高文卿、 田秀英、 关青云、胡秀婵 等艺人学习旦脚行当。她表演的大平调唱腔高亢 ，吐字清晰 ，委婉动听 ，她的 “水袖组合 ” “扇子功” “碎步” “踢裙步” “卧鱼” “涮腰” “佛手” “遮羞手”等表演动作 ，细致 入微 ，拿捏得恰到好处 ，在豫北地区广受欢迎。代表剧目有：《穆桂英挂帅》《秦香莲》《 李双双》等。
