男 ，汉族 ，1940年生 ，河南滑县人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目大平调代表性传承 人 ，国家三级演员。杜学周13岁开始拜师学艺 ，先后跟随葛银海、李元明、石祥生学习 “武 净”的表演技巧。杜学周的戏路十分宽广 ，既能饰演大花脸赵孔明、 薛刚 ，又能把握大白脸 潘红美、 王芬 ，风格迥异的人物形象刻画具体到位。如今 ，虽然已古稀之年 ，但他仍然活跃 在舞台上 ， 目前有两位传承人。代表作品有：《薛刚反唐》《王莽篡朝》等。
