男 ，汉族 ，1964年生 ，河南濮阳人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目大平调代表性传承 人 ，国家三级演员。 张相彬15岁考入濮阳大平调剧团戏校 ，拜王华延为师 ，系统学习了大平 调常用的唱腔和表演技艺 ，为进一步全面掌握大平调艺术 ，向王春林等老一辈艺人求教 ，并 拜在濮阳大平调第七代传人赵海泉门下 ，掌握了大平调即将失传的唱腔和表演特技。 1992年 成立大平调戏曲学校 ，培养新学员 ，代表作品有《寇准背靴》《辕门斩子》等。
