女 ，汉族 ，1940年生 ，河南沁阳人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目怀梆代表性传承人， 河南省沁阳市怀梆协会戏师。赵玉清16岁参加沁阳县怀梆剧团随团学艺 ，拜怀梆第三代传人 张树柱与第四代传人李法贵为师 ，全面继承了怀梆表演艺术 ，成为第五代传人。 五十多年 来 ，演出传统戏一百多本 ，现代戏五十多本 ，约计一千五百余场 ，并培养了郭二俊等第六代 怀梆艺术传人。其表演在怀梆原先粗狂豪放的基础上 ，融入了细腻婉约的艺术特征。代表作 品有《反西京》等。
