男 ，汉族 ，1942年生 ，河南内乡人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目宛梆代表性传承人， 国家三级作曲。程建坤17岁考入内乡曲剧团 ，拜尚元金为师学习笙笛演奏 ，1960年进入郑州 市曲剧团后随曹铁林、何宜芝习古筝演奏 ，1980年拜著名宛梆艺人崔喜富等为师 ，全面收集 整理宛梆唱腔音乐 ，并有一些相应的创作和研究成果发表。 自1980年起 ，又陆续培养多位宛 梆音乐创作人才 ，为宛梆的传承与发展做出了贡献。
