女 ，汉族 ，1940年生 ，河南长葛人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目豫剧代表性传承人， 河南省安阳文化艺术学校名誉校长 ，一级演员。 张宝英15岁考入安阳市豫剧团 ，1959年拜崔 蓝田为师 ，近五十年来 ，她潜心专研 “崔派”艺术 ，根据自身声腔特点 ，在继承的基础上有 所发展、创造 ，形成自己独特的艺术风格 ，同时培养的徒弟与传人遍布全国 ，被称为 “新崔 派的领军人物”。其表演以擅演悲剧而闻名 ，行腔圆润 ，声情并茂。代表作品有：《桃花庵 》《包青天》等。
