女 ，汉族 ，1941年生 ，河北高阳人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目河北梆子代表性传承 人 ，一级演员。 张惠云7岁随母亲张凤仙学艺 ，工青衣、 闺门旦 ，1959年入河北省河北梆子 剧院 ，拜刘香玉为师 ，为她的演唱艺术打下坚实的基础 ，1963年荀慧生又亲授其《香罗带》 等戏。 张惠云自7岁登台演出始 ，先后排演了近百部优秀剧目 ，20世纪70年代以来培养了鲁 美莲等多位优秀青年演员 ，其表演具有质朴、含蓄、 内敛、细腻的特色 ，尤以演唱上的刚柔 相济、细腻传神而著称。代表作品有：《陈三两》《夜宿花亭》等。
