女 ，汉族 ，1937年生 ，河北高阳人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目河北梆子代表性传承 人 ，一级演员。 齐花坦13岁拜河北梆子表演艺术家贾桂兰为师 ，后又拜桂三宝、金桂芬、 高 凤英等梆子名家为师 ，1961年初成为荀慧生入室弟子 ，自1950年登台演出始 ，成为河北省河 北梆子剧院领衔主演。 20世纪70年代以来 ，培养了王云菊等大批优秀演员。其表演细腻、淳 朴 ，唱做兼优 ，尤其做功堪称一绝。代表作品有：《宝莲灯》《拾玉镯》等。
