男 ，汉族 ，1949年生 ，福建政和人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目四平戏代表性传承 人 ，福建省政和县杨源乡禾洋村四平戏剧团团长。李式青自幼受到当地农民传承的四平戏的 影响 ，于1980年开始学习四平戏 ，主工生行 ，师承李如俊、李典过等老艺人。通过多年的舞 台实践和探索 ，他逐渐形成了独具特色的表演风格 ，其表演扎实深厚、严谨细腻。代表作品 有《天子图》等。
