男 ，汉族 ，1935年生 ，安徽岳西人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目高腔（岳西高腔）代 表性传承人。 蒋小送于新中国成立初期开始从艺 ，师从蒋焕南学习高腔 ，在生行艺术的继承 和发展上用力甚勤 ，是岳西高腔的重要传承人。 蒋小送的表演朴实无华、 台风稳健 ，动作规 范 ，举止端庄 ，刻画人物个性鲜明 ，唱腔韵味悠长 ，感染力强 ，深得观众喜爱。代表作品有 《锦上花·回宫》等。
