女 ，汉族 ，1962年生 ，广东潮州人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目潮剧代表性传承人， 一级演员。郑舜英是 “文革”结束后培养的新生代潮剧传承人 ，1978年进入潮州市潮剧学员 培训班 ，师从沈雪华、俞进明等潮剧名家 ，主工青衣、 刀马旦。 1981年进入潮州市潮剧团 后 ，演出了大量的传统剧目和新编作品。郑舜英的嗓音清亮、 圆润 ，表演优美、 典雅。代表 作品有：《芦林会》《杨八姐闯幽州》等。
