男 ，汉族 ，1942年生 ，广东潮州人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目潮剧代表性传承人， 国家二级作曲。 陈鹏1956年以来先后在潮安县稻香潮剧团、潮安潮剧团、潮州市潮剧团担任 演员（工小生）、导演、作曲、 司鼓、 团长等职 ，师承潮剧名家杨文家、 黄木成、 黄玉斗、 林和忍、杨广泉、 司鼓林炳和、导演郑筠等。在半个世纪的演艺生涯中 ，陈鹏积累并掌握了 潮剧所有的传统曲牌、作曲技法和操作技艺 ，其编创的潮剧作品在潮剧流播区拥有较为广泛 的影响。代表作品有：《莫愁女》《宝莲灯》《七日红》《益春》等。
