男 ，汉族 ，1927年生 ，福建仙游人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目莆仙戏代表性传承 人 ，一级演员 ，第十七届中国戏剧梅花奖获得者。朱石凤1953年进入仙游鲤声剧团担任主要 演员 ，专工莆仙戏花旦、 青衣 ，后担任导演。在六十余年的从艺生涯中 ，朱石凤曾师承旦仔 宁、 文永等莆仙戏著名老艺人 ，掌握了莆仙戏传统科介规范和重要剧目 ，其表演基本功扎 实 ，技巧精湛 ，成功地塑造了各具特色的旦脚形象。代表作品有：《目连》《晋宫寒月》等 。
