男 ，汉族 ，1941年生 ，江苏苏州人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目昆曲代表性传承人， 一级演员 ，第四届中国戏剧梅花奖获得者。蔡正仁1954年进入上海市戏曲学校昆剧班 ，得到 昆曲 “传”字辈老艺人以及昆曲泰斗俞振飞亲授 ，专工小生 ，擅长塑造官生、 巾生、穷生等 多种小生行当的不同人物 ，素有 “小俞振飞”之美称。其嗓音宽厚明亮 ，演唱感情真挚。代 表作品有：《撞钟分宫》《惊变埋玉》《贩马记》《班昭》等。
