男 ，彝族 ，1947年生 ，云南红河人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目彝族烟盒舞代表性传 承人。施万恒自幼受父亲施田才影响喜爱烟盒舞 ，从12岁开始学习烟盒舞的唱跳、 弹曲子， 成年后唱跳俱佳 ，掌握彝族烟盒舞多个套路 ，会演奏彝族四弦琴 ，能演唱 “海菜腔”等滇南 四大声腔和各种彝族民间小调、传统民歌 ，成为远近闻名的民间歌舞艺人。 长期以来 ，他在 石屏的许多乡镇、村寨、 小学校等地传承烟盒舞 ，为彝族烟盒舞的传承做出了很大贡献。
