男 ，苗族 ，1936年生 ，湖南湘西人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目湘西苗族鼓舞代表性 传承人。洪富强八九岁时在祖父母的耳濡目染中喜爱上苗鼓 ，并在他们的指导下学会了跳苗 族鼓舞。 2003年 ，他把苗族武术 “八合拳” 中的招式一一拆开 ，演绎出五十多个鼓舞动作， 创编了具有武术动作特点和高难度击鼓技巧的 “八合鼓”。后来 ，他又在传统苗族鼓舞和 “ 八合鼓”的基础上 ，编创了吉祥鼓、如意鼓、 团结鼓、 铁棚鼓等苗鼓新打法 ，为湘西苗族鼓 舞的传承发展做出了重要贡献。
