男 ，苗族 ，1951年生 ，贵州台江人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目木鼓舞（反排苗族木 鼓舞）代表性传承人。万政文七八岁时随小学教师杨通付学习敲木鼓和跳木鼓舞 ，后又师从 本寨的寨老张荣鲁学艺。他熟练掌握反排木鼓舞的各个章节的鼓点音乐和舞蹈动作 ，舞姿优 美规范 ，动作奔放洒脱。他1982年在本村组织成立了木鼓舞表演队 ，1995年后在家乡指导寨 子里的青少年跳木鼓舞。
