女 ，苗族 ，1965年生 ，贵州丹寨人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目苗族芦笙舞（锦鸡 舞）代表性传承人。李金英1975年开始随母亲学习制作锦鸡服饰和跳锦鸡舞 ，逢年过节都要 去芦笙场上跳锦鸡舞。她起舞时 ，下肢动作多 ，上肢动作少 ，左右手垂直于短裙边放松 ，随 舞姿自然摆动 ，舞姿优雅细腻。
