男 ，藏族 ，1933年生 ，西藏日喀则人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目日喀则扎什伦布寺 羌姆代表性传承人。 喇嘛·米玛是扎什伦布寺 “孜公康”扎仓的主持。 1953年开始学习羌姆， 并且参加寺内一年一度的演出活动。 经过多年的实践 ，他较完整地掌握了 “色姆钦姆”羌姆 的各场次的曲调、 鼓声调和舞蹈动作。他与喇嘛·次仁共同培养了八十多名羌姆弟子 ，为抢救 恢复和传承扎什伦布寺 “色姆钦姆”羌姆做出了重要贡献。
