男 ，藏族 ，1920年生 ，2011年去世 ，西藏日喀则人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目日喀 则扎什伦布寺羌姆代表性传承人。 喇嘛·次仁是扎什伦布寺民管会主任 ， 日喀则地区政协副主 席。他自1927年起在扎什伦布寺 “孜公康”扎仓（僧院）学习羌姆 ，至今每年参加寺内 “色 姆钦姆”节的演出活动。 喇嘛·次仁全面掌握了扎什伦布寺密宗院 “古朵”羌姆和 “孜公康” 扎仓的 “色姆钦姆”羌姆的表演体系。他长期担任羌姆主演 ，并与喇嘛·米玛一起 ，培养了八 十多名羌姆弟子 ，为抢救恢复和传承扎什伦布寺羌姆做出了重要贡献。其著述有关于扎什伦 布寺 “色姆钦姆”羌姆的理论及舞蹈简介专集。
