男 ，藏族 ，1968年生 ，西藏比如人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目热巴舞（那曲比如丁 嘎热巴）代表性传承人。 嘎鸟1981年开始学习丁嘎热巴 ，是丁嘎热巴的第八代传人。他1984 年对本村热巴艺术进行深入挖掘整理 ，并组建了一支由16人组成的热巴舞蹈队。 2003年他再 次组建了一支由14名年龄在7岁至15岁的村办学校在校生组成的少儿丁嘎热巴舞蹈队 ，为丁 嘎热巴的传承做出了重要贡献。
