男 ，汉族 ，1955年生 ，甘肃兰州人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目兰州太平鼓代表性传 承人。缪正发上中学时期由父亲缪康荣传授太平鼓舞技艺 ，后师从许琪、杨玉兰等艺人。他 创新了太平鼓鼓艺 ，将 “兰州太平鼓”高鼓、 中鼓、低鼓等不同流派的打法融汇糅合 ，使兰 州太平鼓的表演更加体现出西北汉子那种粗犷、 豪放和阳刚之美。
