男 ，汉族 ，1938年生 ，山西翼城人。第二批国家级非物质文化遗产项目翼城花鼓代表性传承 人。杨作梁9岁起跟随叔叔、著名花鼓艺人杨生汉学习打花鼓。他技艺高超 ，擅长 “多鼓”表 演 ，尤以 “三鼓朝阳”最拿手 ，舞蹈动作灵活多变 ，多采用跳转身接单腿跪 ，表演中静止造 型多 ，给人以干脆、麻利、 坚毅和强悍的印象。杨作梁除收有徒弟杨作桐、李青凤等人外， 还培养了众多花鼓艺人。代表作品有：《喜迎春》《观灯》《工农大联盟》等。
